Main phone numbers for British Columbia’s hospitals, 91 in all, by health authority. Every number comes from the Province’s open dataset “Hospitals in BC” (HealthLink BC), linked on each card.

Before sending personal health information: this directory is for quick reference. Confirm the current receiving number with the facility’s switchboard before faxing patient records. Sending records to a wrong number can be a privacy breach under British Columbia’s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).
